Welcome to PraFintech. By accessing our website, using our services, or engaging with our consultancy for Loans, Subsidies (PMEGP/PMFME), or Project Reports (DPR), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Nature of Services

PraFintech acts solely as a Financial Consultant and Intermediary.

• We assist clients in preparing documents, project reports (DPR), and filing applications for various loan schemes and subsidies.
• We are NOT a Bank, NBFC, or Government Agency. We do not lend money directly.
• We connect borrowers with lending partners (Banks/NBFCs). The final decision to sanction or reject a loan application lies solely with the respective financial institution.

3. Fees and Refund Policy

• Service Fees: We charge a professional fee for services such as Detailed Project Report (DPR) preparation, CA Certification, and Application Filing. These fees must be paid in advance or as agreed.
• Non-Refundable: Fees paid for professional services (e.g., creating a Project Report, CA Net Worth Certificate) are Non-Refundable once the service has been delivered or the work has commenced, regardless of the loan outcome.
• Third-Party Charges: Any processing fees, stamp duty, or insurance premiums charged by Banks/Government are payable directly by the client.

4. Client Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, authentic, and current information. Submitting fake or forged documents (such as fake ITRs or KYC) is a criminal offense, and PraFintech reserves the right to terminate services immediately without refund.
• Cooperatively respond to queries raised by the Bank or PraFintech team during the processing stage.
• Use the Project Reports (DPR) provided by us solely for the purpose of loan application.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PraFintech, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Rejection of loan or subsidy applications.
• Changes in Government policies or Banking norms.
• Delays caused by third-party agencies or technical glitches in government portals.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PraFintech and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without prior written permission.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and PraFintech. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
