Refund Policy

At PraFintech, we strive to provide transparent and efficient financial consultancy services. Because our services involve immediate allocation of resources, expert time, and document processing, we maintain a strict policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

Please read this policy carefully before making any payments for our Detailed Project Reports (DPR), consultancy, or processing fees. By making a payment via Razorpay or any other gateway on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Non-Refundable Services

Most of our consultancy services are non-refundable once the work has commenced. This includes:

  • DPR Preparation Fees: Once our financial experts begin drafting your Detailed Project Report (DPR) for PMEGP or PMFME, the fee is strictly non-refundable.
  • Processing Fees: Fees collected for document verification, portal uploads, and initial bank liaison efforts cannot be refunded once the application has been initiated.

2. Loan Approval & Rejection

PraFintech acts as a consultancy bridging the gap between you and financial institutions. We do not guarantee loan or subsidy approvals. Final approval is strictly at the discretion of the respective Bank, NBFC, or Government Nodal Agency.

Therefore, no refunds will be issued if a loan or subsidy application is rejected by the lending institution or government body due to low CIBIL, insufficient documents, or any other bank policies.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation of your service under the following conditions:

  • Within 24 Hours: If you change your mind and wish to cancel your request, you must notify us within 24 hours of making the payment.
  • Work Not Started: A cancellation and refund will only be approved if our team has not yet initiated work on your file, drafted your DPR, or submitted your documents.

4. Technical Errors & Duplicate Payments

We offer full refunds in the case of genuine technical issues:

  • Duplicate Charges: If your card/account was charged twice for a single transaction due to a network error.
  • Payment Failed but Amount Deducted: If the payment was deducted from your bank but our system shows the transaction as failed, the amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway.

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved by our management team based on the criteria above, it will be processed through the original mode of payment (via Razorpay). Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or report a duplicate payment, please write to us immediately with your Transaction ID, Name, and Registered Mobile Number at our official support email.
