PraFintech operates as a digital financial consultancy platform. We facilitate loan processing, subsidy applications, and financial advisory services.

Because our business is entirely service-based, we do not ship any physical goods or products. Therefore, traditional shipping metrics (like courier tracking, shipping costs, or physical transit times) do not apply to your purchases on our platform.

1. How Our Services Are "Delivered"

Delivery of our services occurs completely via digital channels. Once you make a payment for a service (such as Detailed Project Report creation, consultancy fees, or processing charges), the delivery of that service happens in the following ways:

  • Digital Documents: Any reports, DPRs, or financial analyses created for you will be delivered in PDF or appropriate digital formats to your registered email address.
  • Consultancy & Updates: Advisory services, application statuses, and bank liaison updates are delivered via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or direct Voice Calls.
  • Account Dashboard: Where applicable, documents and application progress will be updated and made accessible on your secure PraFintech user dashboard.

2. Delivery Timeline

While we do not have physical shipping times, our digital delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Payment Confirmation: You will receive a digital receipt and payment confirmation via email instantly upon a successful transaction.
  • Service Initiation: Our financial experts will initiate contact or begin processing your file within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation.
  • Document Delivery: The timeline for delivering specific documents (like a finalized DPR) depends on the complexity of your profile and will be communicated to you by your assigned relationship manager (typically within 3 to 7 business days).

3. International Shipping

As we do not sell physical products, there are no geographical restrictions or international shipping fees. However, please note that our financial consultancy services and loan processing capabilities are strictly limited to residents and registered businesses within the Republic of India.

4. Issues with Digital Delivery

If you have made a payment but have not received your confirmation email, or if your relationship manager has not reached out within the stipulated 48-hour window, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If the issue persists, contact our support team immediately.
